Massage Therapy has changed my life and I hope I can help it change yours. My name is Peggy Arch and I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and Fascial Stretch Therapist located at Natural Health & Wellness Center in Frederick, Maryland.

I've experienced firsthand how massage therapy can provide patients with lasting relief. I am skilled in helping patients recover from work injury, sports injury, back pain, neck pain, repetitive strain, chronic pain and more. My combination of Fascial Stretch Therapyâ„¢, soft tissue manipulation, myofascial and myoskeletal release techniques will help you find relief from acute or chronic pain, injury and stress.

Thank you for visiting my website! I believe in by addressing the body and its pain patterns as a whole you can bring more flexibility and movement which allows more functionability and pain free living. Having been born with scoliosis and asthma, I have first hand experience with how pain can affect the day-to-day function of the body. I decided I wanted to help others deal with similar issues and give their bodies the ability to heal and function more pain free the same way massage has helped me.

I pride myself in offering a wide range of massage modalities to fit the needs of your body, including Prenatal Massage for the new mommies-to-be! The issues your body presents can change on a day to day basis, so each of my sessions is tailored to fit your needs in the present moment. No cookie-cutter massage here! Through a combination of Soft Tissue Manipulation, Fascial Stretch Therapyâ„¢, Myofascial Release, and Myoskeletal Alignment, I will work to help the body naturally heal itself.
Originally from Pennsylvania, I enjoy staying fit through mountain biking, pilates, yoga and P90X. It was through my interest in natural healing and holistic health that drew me to helping others heal by the use of Massage Therapy. It's helped my structural and asthma issues and if I can do the same for you it's all worth while!
